Hey there -- Thanks for stopping by! I'm Regan Jones, registered dietitian and host of the iTunes Top 25 Personal Journal Podcast -- This Unmillennial Life.

While my podcast covers a wide range of topics -- from beauty to fitness and everything in between -- I'm a recipe developer at heart. I've been cooking professionally for 20+ years having started my career testing recipes in the test kitchen for Southern Living cookbooks and later, as a food editor for Cooking Light and Weight Watchers Magazines.
