about my recipes

I'm a dietitian by education, but a food lover by birth.

My husband and I are gluten-free and our two sons play the role of taste testers. As a result, most of my recipes are both family-friendly and gluten-free.

As you can probably tell, I also have a special passion for baking.

If you have a favorite baking recipe you'd like to see made over gluten-free OR any recipe you'd like made a little healthier, I would love to hear from you!

It may seem a little random to mix-up a lifestyle podcast with a food blog. But I always describe This Unmillennial Life as a mixed tape of my life. I hope you enjoy it!
