Walnut Breakfast Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup California Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 prunes
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats  

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Portion into individual bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
