Walnut Breakfast Bites

- 1 cup California Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 prunes
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Portion into individual bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
