This Unmillennial Life – Life Extension® Gift Card Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

Sweepstakes Period: This Unmillennial Life – Life Extension® Gift Card Giveway Sweepstakes (Sweepstakes or Giveaway) begins on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. EST and ends Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 11:30 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be posted by 11:30 p.m. EST Thursday, June 25, 2020.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal US residents (incl. DC), who are 18 years or the age of majority or older at the start of the Sweepstakes. Corporate entities are not eligible and have no right to claim any prize won by their employees. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor and its advertising, promotion and advertising agencies (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the family members (residing in the same household of each) are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren (including “step” as they may apply). “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

How to Enter:  Entrants must either: (1) comment in the comments section of the giveaway post on “This Unmillennial Life® Podcast” Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/thisunmillenniallife) or “Regan Jones RDN” Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/reganjonesrdn) OR (2) message Regan Jones @ReganJonesRDN on Facebook during the Sweepstakes Period.  Your comment or message should identify what Life Extension® product or lab test you would buy first if you were to win a $100.00 Life Extension® gift card.

Each Facebook account is eligible to win one (1) prize. Limit one (1) entry per person per account. Any offensive, obscene, defamatory, profane or otherwise inappropriate messages will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with the Facebook Terms of Service and Facebook Rules available at https://www.facebook.com/policies.

Winner Selection: On Friday, June 26, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. EST the winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing. One(1) winner will be selected from all eligible participants during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible posts received.  The drawing will be conducted by a sponsor designee, whose decisions regarding the random drawing will be final.

The Prize: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) $100 gift card for Life Extension® products or Life Extension® blood testing services. Approximate retail value of prize: $100.00 USD.  All taxes related to a prize are payable by the winner. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided. Any expenses associated with claiming and using the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.  Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury resulting from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse or possession of the prize awarded to Entrant.

Prize Fulfillment: The potential Winner will be announced on “This Unmillennial Life® Podcast” Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/thisunmillenniallife) and “Regan Jones RDN” Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/reganjonesrdn) (an “Unofficial Winner Notification”). The Unofficial Winner Notification will provide prize claim instructions that include the requirement that the selected potential winner respond to the Unofficial Winner Notification within two (2) days of the date the Unofficial Winner Notification was posted. If a potential winner fails to respond within that time frame, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. After the initial response described above and verification of the potential winner’s eligibility, the prize will be sent within 6-8 weeks to the address provided. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Facebook account, email, or mailing address of entrants. Any unclaimed or undeliverable prize may not be awarded. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties with communications beyond its control.

Conditions of Entry: Each entry must be original to the entrant and must not violate any third party rights or violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.  In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the account holder of the Facebook account that submitted the winning entry. Any attempt by entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law. Regan Jones and Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if, in their sole discretion, they determine that the contest is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason (such as tampering or infection by computer virus, fraud, technical failures, printing or distribution errors, or any other causes or occurrences have compromised the fairness or integrity of the contest).

General Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Winner releases Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, entrant consents to the use by Regan Jones, Sponsor, and its advertising and promotional agencies of winner’s name, Facebook profile, city and/or province of residence, and information about the prize, for any publicity or programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in any and all media (including the Internet), without payment or compensation, including but not limited to posting of winner’s name on the Sponsor website, without review, credit, approval, notification or payment from or to entrant. All copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in the Sweepstakes shall be owned by Sponsor, its licensors or licensees and participants hereby disclaim any rights to such properties.
