Homemade Pecan Pie Bars

Combine everything that’s delicious about sweet, earthy and crunchy pecan pie and pile it atop a rich, shortbread crust and what do you get? The dessert that’s sure to be the star of your holiday dessert table — Pecan Pie Bars.

This post is part of a paid partnership with Sunnyland Farms.

I don’t mean to brag…

(Well maybe I do. I mean, I’m not an Enneagram 3 BUT I do like to be the certain of attention sometimes 🙂

…but these Pecan Pie Bars are UH-AMAZING.

Seriously. I did a good job here.

(Well actually it was me and some wonderful pecan farmers down in south Georgia. My Enneagram 1 requires that I be honest and give credit where credit is due.)

I recently had the chance to partner up with the fine folks from Sunnyland Farms to develop a brand new recipe in time for the holiday baking season.

Having a love of Pecan Pie Bars (I shared a gluten-free version here last year), I knew that’s where I wanted to start. Just like so many of my recipes (and podcasts for that matter), there’s a backstory about why I fell in love with Pecan Pie Bars.

So if you want to read all about it OR if you want to simply skip to the recipe and get baking (Who can blame you? I mean, just look at them!) then head over to Sunnyland Farm’s website to grab the recipe for these Pecan Pie Bars.
