I'd love to invite you to be a guest on This Unmillennial Life!

If your skin doesn’t know whether to break out or wrinkle, if you’re caught between planning the third grade class party and researching retirement plans, or if you want to workout but the idea of Crossfit makes your 40-something knees ache, THIS UNMILLENNIAL LIFE is here for you. It’s a chart-topping podcast filled with stories, advice, and camaraderie to help women navigate this crazy (and crazy-good) season of life.

Podcast Overview:

This Unmillennial Life's (TUML) audience is comprised mostly of women who are beyond the millennial generation, but not quite to boomer status -- mostly GenX. These are women who have more disposable income and flexible time than their younger millennial counterparts as they represent a cohort that has aged into their careers and have children that have aged past "the baby years." Their interests range from what to wear to look fashionable (without raiding their daughter's closet) to more serious issues like internet safety for their children and healthcare needs for their aging parents.

Podcast Highlights and Reach:

Podcast Highlights and Reach: Within the first two weeks of the podcast launch, TUML was featured by iTunes as a "New & Noteworthy" podcast and has appeared in the Top 25 of Personal Journal podcasts on numerous occasions. The podcast was also selected by NPROne to be included in the future as a "featured podcast" on their app.

About the Host:

Regan Jones, RDN - This Unmillennial Life podcast

An avid social media user and multi-website owner, the show’s host Regan Jones knows all too well how easy it is to feel as if everything online is curated for women of a different generation.

“I was tired of seeing cliched portrayals of women I couldn’t relate to — either based on age or simply their station in life. I started This Unmillennial Life to give voice to the topics you'd chat about with your girlfriend over a glass of wine. It’s like the world forgot that not every woman is either a young millennial living a glam urban life OR her mother. The rest of us are out here in this generational gap and it’s time we talk about it!”

Jones, an 45+ mom to two boys has been blazing trails as a women entrepreneur for more than a decade. An award-winning registered dietitian with 25 years experience in the food media and marketing world, she has successfully launched mutliple websites and influencer networks that reached millions. This Unmillennial Life is a passion project aimed at addressing the topics real women want to talk about.
